Mesquiter Jalapeñer Sea Salt

Mesquiter Jalapeñer is what happens when my wife let's me name a salt!

This sea salt, as the name implies, is a combo of Jalapeño and sea salt smoked in the harshest of wood, Mesquite. It's twangy, just like you would expect for something that has been smoked in Mesquite wood for 8+ hours, with a subtle hint of Jalapeño flavor.
